The Mediterranean Omelet
High protein based omelet, great for muscle building and sustained energy.
Basic cook time: 5 min
What you will need:
5 eggwhites/1 whole egg
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 small tomato
6 pitted chopped olives
1 oz of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 of an avocado
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt & fresh pepper
Chopped parsley
Add 1 piece of fresh fruit on the side
