“Sexy Seasonal” Turkey Burger

Ingredients:
- 4 portions of lean ground turkey (1 lb)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of horseradish
- 1 tsp of worcestershire (Lea & Perrins)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of egg substitute
- 4 whole-wheat buns
- 4 servings of spinach or lettuce
- 4 servings of sliced tomato
- condiments to your preference
How to Make:
Preheat your grill on high. Use a large mixing bowl and combine your turkey, onion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic, and egg substitutes. Next, form into four patties and place the patties on your hot grill and cook until no longer pink in the center, approx 6 minutes per side. After your patties have been cooked, place the burgers on your whole-wheat buns with spinach or lettuce and condiments of your choice. Serve up and enjoy…a seasonal feast for any gladiator or gladiatrix!
